§1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and maxbet ("maxbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at maxbet.vu ("the Platform"). By creating a maxbet account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

§3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active maxbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. maxbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed with all funds returned subject to verification.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
3. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address.
4. You must not already hold an existing active or suspended maxbet account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

§4 Account Management

Each User is solely responsible for the security and activity of their maxbet account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person, whether for the purpose of allowing someone else to play, to manage your account, or for any other reason.

You agree to notify maxbet immediately if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. §5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds held on the maxbet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Tap, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. maxbet reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance in real time. In exceptional circumstances, processing delays of up to one Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hour may occur. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within two hours, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. maxbet processes withdrawal requests during BST business hours. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. Card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal Conditions: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same Account. maxbet reserves the right to request additional Verification Documents before processing any withdrawal. Where a bonus has been credited to an Account, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate. maxbet is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account as a result of inaccurate information provided by the User. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

§6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the maxbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — including cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, and slots. These product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User. maxbet reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error — for example, due to an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or the use of an automated betting system — and to return the relevant stake to the User's Account balance.

Bonus funds credited to your Account are separate from real-money funds. The cashier within your Account will display your real-money balance and any active bonus balance separately. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

maxbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has already deposited to qualify, maxbet will honour the bonus for that User where it is reasonably practicable to do so. maxbet also reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maxbet Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and cancellation of all open bets, at maxbet's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or collusion with other players.
• Exploiting errors in the Platform's software, pricing feeds, or game logic — commonly referred to as "bugging" or "glitch exploitation".
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing prohibited activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at maxbet staff or other Platform users.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your Account via a payment provider after the deposited funds have been wagered.

maxbet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial institutions in investigating suspected financial crime, fraud, or identity theft connected to Platform activity.

§9 Intellectual Property

All content on the maxbet Platform — including but not limited to the maxbet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of maxbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of maxbet.

§13 Amendments to These Terms

maxbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, maxbet will notify registered Users by email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

§14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the maxbet Platform's operating jurisdiction. maxbet will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes within 14 calendar days of receipt.
